Breast Cancer Prevention

It’s highly important to know that the cancer first start in the cells and then they spread on to tissues and other organs. There is always a continuous replacement of the old cells in our body. When this doesn’t take place sequentially, there is deposition of unwanted cells and tissue called the tumor. It can be either malignant or benign. If it is benign, it is not cancerous and can be removed without any further damage. They don’t even spread to other parts of the body. This point makes the main difference between a benign and malignant tumor cells because malignant cells tends to invade other tissues and cell of the body. The cancer cells that spread in the breast are found in the lymph node that is found near the breast. These cells will then spread to even other parts of the body. In the case of breast cancer, the cells most often spread to liver, brain, lungs and bones. These cells are also cancerous but they are the cells of the breast. So in this case the primary site of tumor is the breast and the rest are the secondary tumors.
